RMR Online Commitment System (OCS)

For the 2025-26 season, ALL offers for our athletes will be made through the RMR Online Commitment System (OCS), this was previously referred to as the portal.
Clubs are able to offer players beginning at 10AM on July 12 for 15-18 year olds and 10AM on September 6 for 10-14 year olds.
ALL offers will be sent to the parent's email address and will be sent from the RMR OCS/VStar.
What is OCS?
This is a system the region uses that is separate from the membership system. The clubs use this system to send out their offers and any other information they would like to share with you. Every player that had a 24-25 membership is already in the system. If your athlete did not play in the 24-25 season, please add your player here. This is NOT the membership system that USA Volleyball uses for membership, rosters, etc. For all athletes (new and returning), it is a good idea to test the system to make sure your email address isn’t filtering out the email from the system. Verify your email address here.
What is a commitment?
Once you accept a commitment through the OCS to a club your player is not allowed to tryout or play for another club for the duration of the season. If a club gives you a verbal offer, they should also send an offer through the online commitment system beginning 10am, July 12 for 15-18 year olds and beginning 10 am, September 6 for 10-14 year olds. They cannot force a player to commit before an official offer has been made through the RMR OCS.
In-House Scrimmage - Dec. 6
Save the date!
December 6, 2025 from 5-9pm
All athletes are required to participate in this "practice" tournament at the Courts. This is where we will be training officiating, scorebook, libero tracking, and line judging.

National Teams
2025-26 Tournament Plans
National 1s teams (14U-17U) will participate in 12-13 tournaments as well as 2 travel tournaments.
- All 6 RMR Power Tournaments + 1 Power Tournament in a higher age group
- Triple Crown or Friendship Tournament
- Colorado Crossroads
- RMR Showdown
- Optional (team will vote): RMR Regionals
- 2 Travel Tournaments:
#1- Fiesta MLK Classic in Arizona
#2- Location/Date TBA
National 2s teams (13U-18U) will participate in 10-11 tournaments as well as 1 travel tournament.
- All 6 RMR Power Tournaments
- Triple Crown or Friendship Tournament
- Colorado Crossroads
- RMR Showdown
- Optional (team will vote): RMR Regionals
- 1 Travel Tournament: Location/Date TBA
Regional Teams

All athletes must register online with RMR/USAV via Sports Engine and pay the registration fees before being able to be officially rostered. This will take place at the time of contract signing via the RMR Web Portal. This fee is NOT included in our fees.
