  • What are Evals?

Evaluations. They run more like a camp (all skills) with coach evaluations of where the athlete stands going into tryouts. Should be there all 3 days.

Tryouts - only need to attend one date. Suggested FIRST possible date.

  • Handbook / Policies

  • Scholarships

If you are interested in receiving a scholarship for the season, please read the steps below.

Step 1: Athlete needs to type a letter (no more than 500 words) explaining what the scholarship would mean to them, why it's necessary and how they might use the opportunity.

Step 2: Household income (parent responsibility) will need to accompany the athlete's letter to the directors. Financials can be shown through any of the following:

-Two weeks recent paystubs (from anyone over 18 working in the home)

-2025 tax return showing year income

Step 3: Scholarships will be awarded by August 15 for ages 15-18, and by Sept 8 for ages 11-14.

Due Dates for Applying (letter and financials):

    August 5 for ages 15-18

    September 3 for ages 11-14

    *Send all information to corinne.infinityvbc@gmail.com

Once a scholarship has been awarded, the parent will need to sign a follow-up scholarship addendum to their contract in order for the money to be distributed.

Signing the addendum also means that athlete/parent are willing to fundraise part of the money as well.

*Note: Contract signing deadlines & Deposits for Club teams are still required to be signed/paid on time even if you are waiting to hear about a scholarship.

  • RMR Dates

    15U-18U

July 6-9 Open evaluations: recruitment without offers open

July 9 at 8 pm OCS Portal Opens: Offers can be officially sent and accepted

    July 10 and on Tryouts

    14U

August 17-20 Open evaluations: Recruitment without offers

August 20 at 8pm OCS Portal Opens: Offers can be officially sent and accepted

    August 21 and on Tryouts

    What this means for you:

Clubs will be hosting evaluations that will most likely determine athletes' positions/teams, but will be unable to give an official offer (through OCS) until after the evaluation date.

Therefore, you should plan to be at a club's evaluation period (July 6-9 and August 17-20) if you plan to make their team.

  • RMR Recruiting

    RMR Recruting information has changed.

Please see Recruting Guidelines prior to club tryouts!

  • RMR Online Commitment System (OCS)

Add my player / verify e-mail

For the 2026-2027 season, ALL offers for our athletes will be made through the RMR Online Commitment System (OCS), this was previously referred to as the portal.

Clubs are able to offer players beginning at 8PM on July 9th for 15-18 year olds and 8PM on August 20th for 10-14 year olds.

ALL offers will be sent to the parent's email address and will be sent from the RMR OCS/VStar.

    What is OCS?

This is a system the region uses that is separate from the membership system. The clubs use this system to send out their offers and any other information they would like to share with you. Every player that had a 25-26 membership is already in the system. If your athlete did not play in the 25-26 season, please add your player to the OCS.  This is NOT the membership system that USA Volleyball uses for membership, rosters, etc.  For all athletes (new and returning), it is a good idea to test the system to make sure your email address isn’t filtering out the email from the system.  Verify your email address here.

    What is a commitment?

Once you accept a commitment through the OCS to a club your player is not allowed to tryout or play for another club for the duration of the season. If a club gives you a verbal offer, they should also send an offer through the online commitment system beginning 8PM, July 9th for 15-18 year olds and beginning 8PM, August 20th for 10-14 year olds. No one can force a player to commit before an official offer has been made through the RMR OCS.
